Refund & Cancellation Policy

Think Next Growth Studio is committed to delivering professional digital services in accordance with agreed project requirements, scope, and timelines.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions governing service cancellations, refund requests, project delays, revisions, and related payment matters.

1. Project Confirmation and Commencement

Projects are initiated following confirmation of the agreed scope, acceptance of applicable service terms, receipt of the required payment, and provision of the necessary project information.

Once work has commenced, project-related time, resources, and production activities are allocated toward the agreed deliverables.

Cancellation and refund requests are assessed according to the project stage, work completed, costs incurred, and applicable contractual and legal requirements.

2. Cancellation Before Project Commencement

Cancellation requests submitted before work has commenced are generally eligible for a refund of the amount paid.

Any deduction for specifically authorized, non-recoverable third-party expenses or other agreed charges will be subject to the applicable service terms and legal requirements.

3. Cancellation After Project Commencement

Once a project has commenced, cancellation requests are assessed based on the services performed and resources committed to the project.

Amounts attributable to completed work, documented work in progress, and authorized non-recoverable project expenses may be retained where permitted by the agreed terms and applicable law.

Any remaining refundable balance will be determined following a review of the project status and relevant circumstances.

A change in business priorities, preferences, or project direction does not automatically entitle a client to a full refund for services already performed.

4. Revisions and Service Adjustments

Revisions are managed according to the scope and revision allowances established in the applicable service agreement.

Requests for adjustments within the agreed scope should be addressed through the designated revision process.

Changes in creative preferences, design direction, or requirements after project approval do not independently constitute grounds for a refund.

Additional revisions, new requirements, or changes beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quotation and approval.

Any concerns regarding deliverables that do not meet the agreed scope will be reviewed and addressed through an appropriate resolution process.

5. Client Communication and Project Delays

Timely communication, provision of required materials, and consolidated feedback are essential to efficient project delivery.

Project schedules may be adjusted when required information, content, approvals, or feedback are delayed by the client.

Delays arising from outstanding client responsibilities do not independently constitute grounds for cancellation with a full refund.

Projects experiencing extended periods of inactivity may be placed on hold following reasonable communication and notice.

Resumption of a paused project will be subject to scheduling availability and any mutually agreed adjustments to the original timeline or scope.

6. Project Scope and Additional Requirements

Services are delivered according to the agreed project scope, specifications, and deliverables.

Requests for additional pages, features, content, creative materials, integrations, or services outside the original scope may require separate pricing and approval.

Additional requirements do not alter the original service agreement unless confirmed by the relevant parties.

7. Third-Party Expenses

Domain registration, hosting, software subscriptions, licensing, advertising expenditure, and other third-party expenses are separate from service fees unless expressly included in the agreed scope.

Clients remain responsible for third-party expenses authorized as part of their projects.

Refund eligibility for third-party purchases may depend on the applicable provider's terms and whether the expense is recoverable.

8. Completed and Delivered Services

Once agreed services have been completed and delivered, refund requests will be assessed against the approved project scope, applicable service agreement, and relevant legal requirements.

Requests involving additional preferences, changes in business direction, or requirements outside the agreed deliverables will generally be handled as new or additional work rather than grounds for reversing payment for completed services.

Any genuine concerns regarding incomplete or nonconforming deliverables will be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

9. Refund Requests and Resolution

Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing through the designated business contact channel.

Requests should include relevant project details and a brief explanation of the concern.

Each request will be reviewed in accordance with the agreed service terms, documented project progress, and applicable law.

Where appropriate, a resolution may involve completing outstanding agreed work, correcting an identified issue, adjusting the project arrangement, or providing an eligible refund.

10. Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Think Next Growth Studio directly regarding billing concerns, service questions, or payment discrepancies so that issues can be reviewed and resolved promptly.

Relevant project agreements, payment confirmations, communications, approvals, and delivery records may be used to support the resolution of payment disputes.

This policy does not restrict any rights available under applicable law or the relevant payment provider's dispute procedures.

11. Policy Application

This policy applies alongside the applicable service agreement, approved quotation, and confirmed project terms.

Project-specific arrangements may establish additional cancellation, payment, delivery, and refund conditions, subject to applicable law.
